Shipping policy

 

Any purchase you make with CE fine art jewelry will be shipped to your location, for free. 

We include either FedEx 1-3 Day or UPS 2nd Day shipping on all orders within the continental United States unless otherwise noted (our finished jewelry typically has different shipping options). We do not ship to post office boxes and any other location that UPS/FedEx will not ship to. If you wish to have a faster shipping method, please contact us.

We offer international shipping to select countries (contact us for more information). International shipments are sent FedEx International Priority with shipping, customs/duties, and taxes at the expense of the client. Shipping times vary depending on country location and length of customs processing.

NOTE: To prevent fraud, we will ONLY ship items to the billing address for the credit/debit card used for payment, no exceptions. The shipping address and billing address must match, otherwise the order may be canceled.

An adult signature will be required for delivery of the package- unless you ask us to waive this security feature. By completing your purchase, you agree that we will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
