Refund policy

All custom and special order pieces are non-refundable after they are shipped. Every piece is handmade to order and takes a significant amount of time to create. Due to the custom nature of every piece we offer, every piece is categorized as custom and special order unless otherwise specified.

If you have any questions about the nature of a piece being custom or special order, please contact us. 

If you decide for any reasons to cancel your order, contact us before your order is shipped for a full refund. Order cancelation confirmation is required for refund eligibility.
